This role involves providing legal support focused on sales and sourcing contracts, negotiating with opposing counsel, and ensuring legal compliance. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in law, preferably in technology, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Qualifikationen
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house, preferably in technology.
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- In-house experience at a technology company is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Review and redline various types of inbound/outbound commercial contracts.
- Negotiate commercial contracts with opposing counsel.
- Provide support for drafting and maintaining legal templates.
