Formación

• Degree or certifications in business, technology, or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the customer ecosystem to configure the ERP system efficiently.
• Quickly learn existing ERP systems.
• Provide onboarding and training for ERP systems.
• Document current and future process flows.
• Promote best practices for ERP system implementation.
• Ensure governance best practices for the ERP system.
• Implement ERP systems and onboard new customers.
• Train customers during ERP implementation.
• Communicate customer needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with the product development team.
