Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house, preferably in technology.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• In-house experience at a technology company is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review and redline various types of inbound/outbound commercial contracts.
• Negotiate commercial contracts with opposing counsel.
• Provide support for drafting and maintaining legal templates.
