Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate, and direct projects to ensure solutions sold are implemented.
• Produce all phases, activities, and tasks necessary for executing the project.
• Manage all team personnel.
• Ensure all time, cost, and technical objectives are met.
• Conduct progress reviews with clients and team personnel.
• Provide contingency and problem resolution plans as needed.
• Develop and manage project change control procedures.
• Use all methodologies and tools to ensure project success.
