A global innovation company is seeking a Channel Sales Representative for Collision Repair in Mexico. This remote role involves driving sales growth and managing distributor relationships. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the automotive sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. The position requires frequent travel across key territories in Mexico and offers a dynamic work environment.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or B2B sales in the automotive aftermarket or industrial sector.
  • Knowledge of automotive refinish or collision repair processes preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors and wholesalers.
  • Provide training to distributors and implement commercial programs.
  • Drive demand generation through effective use of Marketing Development Funds.
  • Monitor distributor performance and inventory levels.
  • Gather voice-of-customer insights and conduct market analysis.
  • Coordinate with various teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
