Formación

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Desirable experience in Customer Service / Call Center.
  • Availability for shifts between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.

You only need the following :

  • Partial high school education.
  • 18 years old or older.
  • Advanced level of English : ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • You should have your residence within 1 hour and 30 minutes of the work area (the campaign is in-person).
  • Desirable experience in Customer Service / Call Center.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, databases, and Office software.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Ability to perform various tasks (multitask)
  • Availability for shifts between 7 : 00 am and 11 : 00 pm from Monday to Sunday (YOUR 8-HOUR WORK SHIFT + LUNCH HOUR WILL BE ASSIGNED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME).
