About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Remote Construction Engineer who will have a leading, coordinating, and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.

The job role covers Wireline, Wireless, and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted for managing all implementation services such as Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, and Integration services.

This role involves managing activities and personnel from Ericsson, the Customer, and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contracts. The candidate will be responsible for the budget and ensuring work is executed in compliance with Project OHS requirements.

What you will do:

• Prioritize and coordinate rollouts
• Handle work orders and compensation
• Plan and follow up on quality assurances

The skills you bring:

• Academic degree, minimum bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• Fluent in English (Critical)
• Experience with RAN/RBS Installation in the Field (Critical)
• Experience coordinating crews in the Field
• High self-organization skills
• Ability to adapt to complex schedules
• Experience with Site (RBS) Construction and deployment
• Ability to understand technical documents (RFDS, Construction Drawings, Structural Analysis)
• Experience with Site Inspections or Audits
