A global snacking leader is looking for a professional to join their team as a relationship manager. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in shared services, strong capabilities in building partnerships, and a knack for problem-solving in dynamic environments. This role supports business projects and requires proactive engagement with internal stakeholders and suppliers. The position allows for remote work, with travel as required and no relocation support offered.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in functional roles within master data projects.
• Ability to coordinate and follow up with multicultural teams.
• Define and manage work plans and coordinate activities with technical teams.
• Define and manage training programs for end users.
• Intermediate to advanced conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Support shared services team and manage third-party supplier issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and oversee business projects.
• Ensure key performance indicators and performance management targets are met.
