We are looking for an HR Administrative who will be based in our CoE in Barcelona working remotely for the HR team located in Switzerland.

Your responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordination.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP system.
• Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regulations.
• Maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll department.
• Contribute to various HR projects.

Your profile :

• Experience :
• 5 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist.
• Qualifications :
• Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent.
• Knowledge :
• Strong expertise in Swiss labour law and HR administration.
• Languages :
• German native and excellent English skills (French desirable).
• Skills :
• Analytical and pragmatic mindset, team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, dynamic, solution-oriented, adaptable and proactive.
