As we shift to a more product and technology-driven organization our team’s work to provide best-in-class services to our customers is more important than ever before, and we are expanding our remote Client Services team. We are seeking an experienced Market Research Qualitative Project Manager to oversee and manage the full project lifecycle- from bid to invoice. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and providing strategic recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track and identify growth opportunities for our business
• Quality Control: Implement best practices and quality control measures to maintain high standards in data accuracy, reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Operational Execution: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including survey programming, translations, data collection, and field reporting, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Budget & Financial Management: Track project budgets, manage costs, and submit invoices to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of qualitative market research project management experience, in a client-facing role. Strong preference for prior healthcare experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively both to internal and external stakeholders.
• Client-First Mindset: Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value and results.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in market research tools, methodologies, and project management software (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, MS applications, etc.).
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Adept at identifying challenges and developing creative, data-driven solutions.
• Results-Driven: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects align with company and client goals.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or similar equivalent preferred.
