A leading remote healthcare provider is seeking a Bilingual Phone Representative to join their new Concierge team. The role involves making calls to prospective patients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and scheduling appointments, requiring strong communication skills and experience in healthcare.
Role: Bilingual Phone Representative (Spanish and English)
Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping CST working hours
Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, US-based or overlapping with US business hours (PST)

As a Bilingual (English + Spanish) Phone Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective new patients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and scheduling their first appointments over the phone. This role requires effective communication skills, particularly when explaining complex billing or insurance information to families, and the ability to handle rejections or difficult conversations. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare and aspires to become a leader on an emerging team.
