Platform Engineer – .NET & React (Remote - Mexico Only)

About the Role

Join our Incentives Development team as a Software Developer, working on the Varicent Incentives platform—a modern, scalable single-page web application. Collaborate with developers, designers, and data scientists to create impactful user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and refine features to support client success and platform growth
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team
• Use modern tools and open-source technologies
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain code

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of software design principles and OOP
• Proficiency with React, Redux, .NET or Java, and TypeScript
• Experience with REST APIs and SPAs
• English proficiency B2 or higher
• Based in Mexico

First 30, 60, 90 Days Expectations

• Learn our processes, participate in team meetings, and complete initial tasks
• Handle more complex assignments and troubleshoot issues
• Deliver high-quality work and contribute to team discussions
