Job Overview

The Clerk provides administrative and customer service support by running routine tasks and satisfying customer needs.

1. Responsible for analyzing the cycle counts results and variations and coordinating with production and materials team the cause route explanations.
2. Responsible for analyzing the Inventory movements based on the checklist established in the Cycle Count Procedure.
3. Prepare Daily Inventory report, Scrap daily reports and audits, and Inventory Adjustment weekly report.
4. Responsible for preparing daily Monitoring WO variances to achieve the correct backflush in the system.
5. Responsible for coordinating weekly the clear COGI process with operations and material department.
6. Conduct Scrap Audit with Cycle Counters Team.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred; High school diploma required.
2. Six months of relevant experience.
3. SAP experience preferred.
