• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML systems.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on technical architecture.
• Experience defining platform abstractions that balance flexibility and ease-of-use.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for FloQast’s Core AI Platform.
• Serve as the AI infrastructure partner for product teams.
• Design and prioritize platform components including RAG frameworks.

Conocimientos

Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems

Production experience with LLMs

Understanding of prompt engineering

Familiarity with AI development frameworks

Ability to engage with engineering teams

Experience with data pipelines and APIs
