A leading technology solutions provider in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Administrator to provide day-to-day production support and collaborate with various teams. Candidates should have a strong background in Salesforce CRM administration, problem-solving skills, and experience in software development. This role is crucial for the effective management of enterprise systems and drives improvements in processes and solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce CRM.
- In-depth administrative knowledge of CRM and CLM applications.
- Candidate must have experience in software development.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for Salesforce and related systems.
- Gather and document formal business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Enterprise Systems and Sales teams for CPQ solutions.
Skills
- 5 years or more of experience administering Salesforce CRM.
- In-depth administrative knowledge of CRM and CLM applications.
- Day-to-day production support for Enterprise Systems such as Salesforce.
- Day-to-day production support for Enterprise Systems such as Salesforce.
- Gather and document formal business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Meeting SLAs on production support tickets.
- Collaborate and work with the Global Enterprise Systems team.
- Work closely with the Sales and Renewals team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support CPQ solutions for all aspects of the organization.
- Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional, and technical systems documentation.
- Provide strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, identify alternatives, and design and deploy quality solutions.
- Work with the development team to ensure the design and development of technology solutions fulfills all business requirements, achieves desired customer experience objectives and goals.
- Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
