Job Description
We are looking talent for our Interlomas Corporate for the position of:

Process Engineer Specialist
Managerial full-time position.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Location: Interlomas.

Work schedule: Full-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, at least 3 years confirmed of relevant experience in engineering processes.

Results

• Reduced # of breakdowns due to improper maintenance overhaul/restoration procedures.
• Down time due to scheduled maintenance is reduced, and =< 3% efficiency loss is the target.
• Through the updating of standards & procedures, maintenance costs (parts & labor) are reduced and in line with budget or on glide path.
• Equipment performance is controlled and predictable, due to percent increase of planned maintenance work (=> 85% planned work is the goal).

Responsibilities

• Plan & Schedule Maintenance Work
• Review and prioritize notifications within 24 hours of generation.
• The work order backlog is current, sorted for reporting and is managed to best meet the CBN.
• Maintenance work is planned.
• A job plan archive is maintained.
• Lead the review of the previous job completion results, other maintenance activities and today’s plan in the Daily Meeting. Plans should be adjusted accordingly based upon scheduled work, scheduled work completion and break in work.
• Lead the scheduling of maintenance work for the next week during the Weekly Planning Meeting.
• Lead the scheduling of maintenance work in The Monthly Meeting to schedule maintenance work for the next month as dictated by the annual maintenance plan and previously identified work.
• Ensure the revision and updating of “Maintenance Technical Documentation” occurs as necessary.
• Develop and update annual maintenance plan.

Job Qualifications

• Availability to work at Interlomas.
• Graduated from Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or Systems Engineering, at least 3 years confirmed experience in process engineering roles.
• English not necessary.
• Strong organizational and technical skills.
• Priority setting Communication / Training Skills.
• Shop skills AM Overview Training.
• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling DMS Training incl. SAP from Site MP&S DMS owner or through global training.
• Team orientation, “can-do” attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results.
• Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.
• Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
