The Koch Global Solutions is hiring a Business Systems Analyst who will be a key member of our Cloud Platform & FinOps product teams. In this role, you will work to ensure the business needs/opportunities are solved leveraging both non-technical and technical solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our Product Owners and business partners, prioritize highest value outcomes, accelerate innovation and experimentation, apply economic thinking, tell the product story, and transform the enterprise. The BSA actively sees the idea to completion, through all phases of the project life cycle.

An ideal candidate is naturally curious, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and isn’t afraid tosuggest a creative solutionto a problem. They should be eager to learn about cloud technology, empathetic when understanding business needs, and have a high sense of ownership. Our Team

The Koch Global Services Cloud & Applications team delivers cloud platforms and enabling solutions that empower our Koch businesses to design, build, and deploy the technology necessary for transforming their businesses.We manage several enterprise platforms including public cloud, integrations, developer enablement, contact centers, data visualization, and enterprise knowledge.Our applications team also provides technical consulting, develops custom applications, and provides support for leveraged enterprise applications.

What You Will Do

• Partnering with our internal customers to complete requirements gathering and scooping agreements
• Owning our team’s agile practices through prioritized backlog refinement & story creation
• You will support Product Owners in roadmap hygiene. You will collaborate with the Product Owner to understand the product vision and will own building a backlog and plan to achieve that vision.
• You will drive accountability across the product team to achieve backlog and sprint commitments. You’ll work with our development team and product owner to drive accountability to commitments and ensure we meet our deadlines.
• For customer facing features you will engage in testing, demos, and transitioning new features from development to our organizational support teams.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Prior experience scoping business requirements and developing action plans.
• Demonstrated experience prioritizing multiple projects and requirements to achieve roadmap/program outcomes.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Must have ability to utilize agile methods to handle multiple tasks, responding rapidly to changing priorities and working with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels of operations/users, including translating between technical and functional teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
• Prior experience as a BSA or Agile professional in a technology company
