A leading climate technology company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead business acquisition and account expansion in the LATAM region. This remote position involves developing territory plans, managing full sales cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on decarbonization solutions. Ideal candidates possess 5+ years of B2B sales experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong understanding of ESG and sustainability in the LATAM market. The position offers a competitive salary and commission package.

We’re looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business acquisition and account expansion across the LATAM region, driving strategic growth as part of our international GTM team. This is a high‑impact, full‑cycle sales role for an independent, mission‑driven closer with a deep understanding of complex solution sales and the evolving ESG and sustainability landscape in LATAM.
You’ll own territory planning, outbound execution, and enterprise pipeline development, partnering cross‑functionally with Marketing, Climate Experience, and Product teams to align customer objectives with SINAI’s carbon accounting and decarbonization solutions. Your ability to influence VP‑ and C‑level stakeholders and navigate multi‑stakeholder deals will be critical to your success.
$45,000– $65,000 USD + Commission
