Formación

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and take proactive ownership.
• Smart hand support for various hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver deskside and remote support to employees and VIPs.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers and peripherals.
• Log and track incidents using ITSM systems.
