About the Role

A global leader in intelligent cash ecosystem optimization is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Vice President (VP) of Mexico to spearhead the company’s regional operations, commercial growth, and service delivery in Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performance team, managing full P&L, and driving adoption of advanced software, hardware, and managed services across banking and retail clients.

This is a high-impact leadership role within a rapidly expanding global fintech and operations company specializing in AI-enabled enterprise cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead strategic planning and execution for growth in the Mexico and LATAM market.
  • Define go-to-market plans, commercial models, and expansion opportunities across financial institutions, retailers, and logistics providers.
  • Sales, Business Development & Client Growth
  • Drive end-to-end commercial strategy, from lead generation to client onboarding and long-term account expansion.
  • Establish trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders in banking, retail, and CIT/logistics sectors.
  • Operational Oversight & P&L Ownership
  • Lead all aspects of local operations with full responsibility for financial performance and service quality.
  • Oversee project execution, customer service, and partner delivery to ensure excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional & Global Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and service delivery teams globally to ensure consistency, support, and local adaptability.
  • Represent Mexico in global strategic planning forums.
  • Leadership & Team Building
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a multidisciplinary team across sales, operations, and technical support.
  • Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and customer centricity.
  • Thought Leadership & Brand Advocacy
  • Represent the company in industry forums, events, and with public/private sector stakeholders to drive visibility and influence.
Experience
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in fintech, SaaS, cash logistics, enterprise software, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling operations in Latin America, ideally in Mexico.
  • Strong experience working with banking, retail, or cash supply chain clients.
  • Prior ownership of P&L and accountability for revenue growth and operational KPIs.
Skills & Competencies
  • Executive presence with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence, service delivery, and managed services models.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to craft local strategies aligned with global priorities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Education & Credentials
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Experience with digital transformation, AI-enabled platforms, or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
