Formación

Job Summary

The Technology Operations resource is responsible for maintaining and aiding operation processes. This role works with technology teams to execute client projects as well as new products and features. The ideal candidate will be a general problem solver who is excited about investigations. The Technology Operations Associate will lead and guide internal and external projects and will need to multi-task and possess the flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid technology changes and complex customer demands. This position requires a great capacity to take initiative and the ability to learn quickly to become an expert in data workflow integration into the MSIGHTS platform and its different modules.

Responsibilities And Duties

1. Develop, operate and provide maintenance on tools to access/download data from different sources
2. Perform ad-hoc data requests and QA
3. Develop work plans and outline the critical success factors and metrics of projects
4. Proactively work with technology to ensure a successful process of data operations
5. Manage and communicate project actions and progress to internal and external teams
6. Develop a complete understanding of all different data sources that feed the MSIGHTS platform

Qualifications And Skills

1. Speaks fluent English and Spanish. Fluency in an EU language is an advantage
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT related fields
3. SCRUM framework knowledge desired
4. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
5. Must be detail oriented and organized
6. Efficient at managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
7. Must be able to articulate client needs/requirements to internal teams
