About us

Our Proposal

We're looking for a Technical Lead, who can do a good balance between some project management and hard technical skills.

The person should be able to identify whether to put a stop during a meeting or continue presenting a point, motivate its team, and have solid knowledge and skills of architecture and development within but not limited to the Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all project operations from inception to execution.
• Responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members.
• Highly organized and can multitask.
• Creates project plans with relevant team members.
• Supervises team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
• Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
• Be prepared to get hands‑on coding.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
• 7 years minimum of experience in IT, project management or a related field.
• Have worked on data migration projects with experience in data migration / extraction strategies.
• Excellent leadership abilities.
• Excellent computer literacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in the English language.
