Formación

• 1 year of leadership experience required.
• Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team during assigned shifts.
• Ensure quality standards aligned with client experience.
• Monitor key performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Train new associates and provide ongoing training.
• Maintain effective communication with team and management.
• Address operational challenges and resolve issues.
• Manage helpdesk operations and agent availability.
• Act as point of contact in management queue.
