The role involves responsibility for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the hiring process. Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition efforts
Requirements
