Job Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• Computer technician with relevant experience.
• Experience in IT Helpdesk support, troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, cell phones, and networks.
• Perform maintenance on computer equipment and networks.
• Assist onsite and remote employees with computer and software issues.
• Install software and perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Image computers and set up desktops/laptops.
• Document resolutions and follow up on trouble tickets.
