Se requiere al menos 4 años de experiencia en medios digitales y fluidez en inglés y español.

Formación

  • 4+ años de experiencia en medios digitales, con al menos 2 años en publicidad programática.
  • Fuerte comprensión del ecosistema programático (DSPs, SSPs, tipos de acuerdos, estrategias de datos).
  • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de rendimiento de ventas y desarrollo de negocio.

How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Supervisor, Programmatic will join the team to ensure sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and resolve operational challenges swiftly within the programmatic ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, and a hands-on approach to client and internal team management.

The Supervisor, Programmatic will be responsible for:

  • Performance Oversight: Monitor and manage programmatic revenue performance across the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with business targets and KPIs.
  • Opportunity Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in collaboration with sales teams, trading desks, DSPs, and agencies.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for operational or technical issues related to programmatic campaigns (e.g. deal troubleshooting, delivery, tracking, pacing). Ensure quick and effective resolutions through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Campaign & Deal Supervision: Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of programmatic deals (PMPs, PGs, IOA, etc.) across SSPs and DSPs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with ad operations, sales, finance, and other internal teams to align business priorities and maintain fluid execution across the programmatic chain.
  • Market Insights & Reporting: Provide insights, forecasts, and regular reports on sales trends, pipeline status, and business development opportunities.
  • Mentoring & Support: Support sales representatives with training, onboarding, and best practices to ensure understanding and adoption of programmatic solutions.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 2 years in programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, deal types, data strategies).
  • Proven experience in sales performance management and business development.
  • Experience working with platforms such as DV360, Magnite, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
