A telecommunications company in Chihuahua is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage group leaders and coordinate production staff. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with standards and developing training plans to improve team efficiency. Relevant experience in manufacturing and engineering is required, alongside strong management skills. The role may involve shift work and covers various aspects of production management.

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our Bermudez Team.
Under direct supervision, coordinates and manages the group leaders of their different assigned areas. The scope may involve interference in one or more areas, could cover several shifts, and may respond to contingencies. The position may qualify to cover the position of Supervisor III in absences and to be in charge of Supervisors I.
Under indirect supervision, coordinates and monitors the activities of production collaborators who manufacture the products run in the assigned areas. Focus is on maintaining and/or increasing standards according to organizational metrics.
Prepares and performs shift change by providing feedback and reporting the status of the process (production orders, sales, materials, quality, safety, order and cleanliness, among others).
Includes delegation of authority and decision-making. The supervisor must maintain good relations with collaborators and with support departments, ensuring instructions are clear, specific and complete.
Responsible for continually improving staff by developing skills, studying and analyzing work methods, and developing training plans for new and existing personnel to raise efficiency, motivate teams, and achieve high-quality work and better productivity.
Creates awareness so that each collaborator acts as a controller of their management. The supervisor acts as a facilitator to achieve objectives, with ongoing evaluation to detect progress against plans. Provides timely follow-up on performance and internal work regulations, executes policies, and promotes organizational culture based on compliance.
