Job Description

Responsible to implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process, ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts. Fulfil Value Stream KPI’s: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time.

New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment. Develop process and instructions for processes, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and corrective.

Qualifications

• Leader of MFP mechanical process engineering group.
• Leader of definition and follow up of competence지막strategies for Engineering and Technicians groups.
• Main owner / promoter of MFP metrics such as machine cycle time, FOR, technical downtime (Nu% loss).
• Responsible to negotiate with other areas resources necessary to complete task directly related with engineering, quality and new implementations.
• Responsible to define problem solving projects on a regular basis after regular analysis of TOP contributors to ensure the compliance of the business metrics all the time.
• Responsible to establish a systematic for day-to-day topics follow up related to main business metrics KT to avoid having unexpected peaks.
• Leader and coach of projects to continuously improve business key indicators: quality, cost, utilization.
• Deployment of company/plant goals and policies to the Engineering groups.
• Hiring, coaching, and mentoring to personnel (engineers).
• Technical and human resources planning.
• Responsible to communicate business status to the group of Engineers.
• Responsible to establish regular F2F communication with the group of Engineers.
• Owner of the Maintenance strategy within VS production lines, including machines, tooling debugger, racks/carts, spare parts, and SW back-ups.
• Responsible to follow, implementation, maintain and improve the mechanical assembly process required for product apprendre, including but not limited to PLC & Controls, robotics, mechanical design and assembly analysis, and keep the process under control according to process parameters.
• Responsible for fixtures, tools: Design, fabrication, acceptance validation, release and implementation on production process.
• Responsible for following and applying process parameters according to DMD, VVT, DI, etc.
• Responsible to validate NPI establishing process parameters, mechanical dimensions and production release.
• Responsible to ensure engineers training on process, machine configuration and process parametersMuchas.
• Support to Technicians group 24/7 to eliminate roadblocks and to ensure the availability of the necessary internal and/or external support that they may need. Next level within the process escalation.
• Act and serve as a technical resource for Engineering and Technicians teams.
• Owner of building the necessary networking for MFP activities.
• Owner of implementation of Bosch standards among the technical areas.
• Ensure the follow up of Bosch standards among Engineering group. Ensure that procedures and instructions are followed.
• Under their responsibility scope but not limited to:
• Prepare pre-and final acceptance if Test systems Equipment’s
• Conduct equipment capability study
• Cooperate with product development team
• Operate equipment, fault elimination, support the establishment and execution of measures
• Support the preparation of equipment to produce new products based on the existing standards Denken.
• Prepare machine documentation, technical descriptions
• Optimize test programs, introduce AAS
• Adherence to related instructions and standards of Bosch
• Support production and service staff in männlich solving
• Cooperation with other locations
• Support the improvement and rationalization of equipment
• Carry out cycle time improvement ★
• Statistical observation of trial and series production
