Responsibilities
- Convert data into strategic insights, supporting internal stakeholders with decision‑making tools.
- Identify trends using advanced tools and tailor business and communication plans to these insights.
- Design workshops, research methodologies, stakeholder plans, and KPI analysis for strategic guidance.
- Create comprehensive communication and engagement strategies across media channels and touchpoints.
- Mentor and inspire strategic thinking across the organization, driving growth and innovation.
- Adapt strategies in real time based on consumer responses and market benchmarks.
- Generate 360° strategies leveraging customer insights.
- Implement methodologies to bring brand strategies to life, aligning with client goals.
- Present documents to key stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Proactive reporting development.
Who You Are
- BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
- Basic understanding of Marketing Automation, Web analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital technologies.
- Tools: Global Web Index, Trendwatching, Social Listening, Tagger, WARC.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to inspire and manage multicultural teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proactive, inspirational, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
