A global Customer Experience company is seeking a Strategy Expert in Xico, Veracruz. You will transform data into strategic insights for internal stakeholders and lead comprehensive marketing plans. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in marketing, strong leadership skills, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Overview

Accountable for transforming data into actionable insights for all internal stakeholders, guiding decision‑making, and enhancing customer experiences through strategic marketing leadership.

The Strategy Expert will lead comprehensive communication and strategic plans that integrate media mix, target definitions, and engagement strategies to align with brand objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Convert data into strategic insights, supporting internal stakeholders with decision‑making tools.
  • Identify trends using advanced tools and tailor business and communication plans to these insights.
  • Design workshops, research methodologies, stakeholder plans, and KPI analysis for strategic guidance.
  • Create comprehensive communication and engagement strategies across media channels and touchpoints.
  • Mentor and inspire strategic thinking across the organization, driving growth and innovation.
  • Adapt strategies in real time based on consumer responses and market benchmarks.
  • Generate 360° strategies leveraging customer insights.
  • Implement methodologies to bring brand strategies to life, aligning with client goals.
  • Present documents to key stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Proactive reporting development.
Who You Are
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Social Media Marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Basic understanding of Marketing Automation, Web analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital technologies.
  • Tools: Global Web Index, Trendwatching, Social Listening, Tagger, WARC.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to inspire and manage multicultural teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Proactive, inspirational, and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
