A global leader in thermal management located in Monterrey is seeking a Maintenance Planner Scheduler to ensure effective planning and monitoring of maintenance activities. Ideal candidates should have experience in manufacturing processes, strong skills in Excel and Power BI, and understanding of IATF and ISO standards. Formación

• Experience in manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Core Tools and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and planning software.
• Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
• English intermediate - advance level.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, monitor, and update maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Support Maintenance Supervisors in planning and scheduling tasks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis meetings.
• Validate and analyze information to ensure accuracy.
• Manage spare parts consumption and request processes.
• Prepare and deliver KPI reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with various standards and support audit processes.
