Una empresa global de transporte sostenible busca un Comprador de Directos para Tultitlán, Estado de México. En este papel, liderarás las actividades diarias de compras, gestionarás relaciones con proveedores y asegurarás el cumplimiento de contratos. Se requiere experiencia previa de 5 años en compras y un dominio del inglés avanzado. Formación

• 5 años de experiencia en compras, contratos y gestión de ciclo de vida del producto.
• Idiomas: Inglés avanzado es obligatorio.

Responsabilidades

• Negociar y gestionar contratos junto con el Comprador de Sourcing.
• Gestionar la relación con proveedores durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
• Asegurar entregables conforme a APQP.
• Implementar actualizaciones de precios según contratos.

Solicitamos : Comprador de Directos.

Objetivo de la posición : Liderar las actividades diarias de compras en su segmento, apoyando al Comprador de Sourcing en actividades estratégicas, negociaciones de contratos, desempeño del proveedor y ejecución del plan de negocio del segmento a lo largo del ciclo de vida del producto.

Requisitos Indispensables :

• Escolaridad : Licenciatura en Negocios, Ingeniería, o carrera afín.
• Experiencia : 5 años en compras, contratos, gestión de ciclo de vida del producto.
• Idioma : Inglés Avanzado (No negociable).

Actividades :

• Negociar y gestionar contratos junto con el Comprador de Sourcing.
• Gestionar la relación con proveedores durante fases de proyecto, producción y servicio.
• Asegurar entregables del proveedor conforme a APQP.
• Negociar impactos de costos por modificaciones de producto.
• Implementar actualizaciones de precios según contratos.
• Apoyar en actividades con proveedores de bajo desempeño.
• Gestionar mitigación de riesgos y actividades de crisis.
• Monitorear desempeño del proveedor y generar planes de mejora.
• Coordinar entregas al mercado de servicio cuando aplique.
• Gestionar actividades de compras relacionadas a Adaptaciones de Cliente (CA).
• Emitir órdenes de compra a tiempo y asegurar preparación de proveedores.
• Ejecutar compras relacionadas con logística, producción y flujos financieros.
• Pronosticar evolución de costos de partes (CSDB).
• Impulsar actividades de Cost Ratio para alcanzar metas de costo.
• Participar en licitaciones asegurando costo estándar competitivo y cumplimiento de QDCF.
