Title: Staff Software QA Engineer

How you'll Help us Connect the World

CommScope seeks a Staff Software QA Engineer specializing in test automation for our Programmers Modular Systems, based in the Monterrey/Apodaca N.L. Area. The primary duties include:

• Developing automated frameworks and tests to configure CommScope Modular Uplink System used for secure satellite and fiber transmission of video services.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent required
• 5-8 years of professional software experience, testing and automation. Working directly with software developers to provide detailed descriptions of encountered issues and working together to debug and resolve.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to structure and solve diverse range of complex problems
• Ability to work without supervision

Technical Skillset:

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Pytest.
• Experience with Python Programming.
• Experience with Java & JavaScript Programming.
• Experience with Bash Scripting.

You Will Excite us if you Have

• Experience or knowledge with the following tools and technologies:
• AWS: EC2, CodePipeline.
• QFTest
• AutoIT.
• Performance Testing platforms: Jmeter, Load Runner or Locust.
• Cypress.
• Playwright.
• Docker or Podman.
• TestNG.
• Robot.
• Source code control systems (Git).
• Continuous Integration testing using Jenkins, both developing and executing test cases.
