Areas Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies supporting organizational goals. Provide guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Talent Management: Identify and address talent gaps; develop programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Employee Engagement & Development: Foster engagement and continuous improvement; design and deliver training programs.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, navigate organizational dynamics, build relationships, and act as a change champion.
  • Performance & Development: Oversee performance management; coach managers and employees.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure legal and policy compliance; streamline HR processes.
  • Company Promoter & Brand Ambassador: Advocate Samsung’s mission, values, and culture; build internal relationships.

• Has broad expertise and uses skills to contribute to company objectives and goals in creative ways.

• Solves complex issues by analyzing situations or data.

• Acts independently on new or special assignments.

• May supervise others.

• Generally requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with 7 years of experience.
