Job Description

Location: Ciudad de México, CMX

Overview/Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the point of contact between Conde Nast’s internal talent group (TTG), Revenue team (Marketing and Sales), and Legal/Business Affairs teams for all client campaigns involving Employee talent.
  2. Review and respond to complex talent requests for client campaigns, categorizing, tracking, and pricing based on specific needs.
  3. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and TTG to clarify requests and ensure all trackers are accurate and up to date.
  4. Work with the People Team to clear employees for involvement in talent projects and maintain a database of cleared employee talent.
  5. Perform social media checks on employee talent as part of the clearance process.
  6. Collaborate with Legal/Business Affairs on program details involving insurance and rights, including drafting and processing employee talent riders, releases, and other legal documents.
  7. Coordinate with Finance to manage, track, and report revenue and expenses related to projects.
  8. Oversee workflow efficiencies and conduct internal training sessions as needed.
  9. Experience with branded content and pricing talent for activations, including sponsorships, advertising, social posts, videos, and events, is preferred.
Requirements / Skills:
  1. 4-6 years of business and legal experience preferred.
  2. Paralegal certification is a plus.
  3. Strong communication skills, team-oriented, cooperative, and collaborative.
  4. Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proven relationship management, problem-solving, and process-driving skills.
