A leading manufacturer in recreational vehicles and boats in Ciudad Juárez seeks a hands-on Maintenance Leader to enhance team performance and maintenance programs. The role requires effective communication and team management skills, alongside technical expertise in metal mechanics and automation processes. The ideal candidate will lead diverse teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and develop efficient maintenance strategies to improve plant operations.

Formación

• Experience supervising maintenance functions and developing KPIs.
• Ability to implement energy reduction and sustainability strategies.
• Understanding of safety procedures and quality management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve maintenance programs and cost tracking.
• Lead teams in technical training and contractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in operations.

Conocimientos

Technical experience in metal mechanics processes and equipment automation

Roles, Responsibilities & Experience

• Technical experience on metal mechanics processes and equipment automation.
• Effective communication, ability in a multi‑cultural and multi‑generational environment.
• Hands on Leader with strong focus on teamwork and customer service.
• Lean in a flexible environment.
• Teamwork and delegate effectively.
• Manage challenging situations.
• Effective talent management.
• Supervision of all maintenance functions.
• Improve the performance of corrective & preventive maintenance programs.
• Tracking of the maintenance cost and financial budget forecasting and management.
• Develop energy reduction strategies (Electricity, Natural Gas & water).
• Ensure that safety procedures comply with NOM STPS such as EEP, LOTO, work at height, confined spaces, electrical work are followed, and standards are improved.
• Develop KPIs to improve equipment reliability (Uptime, MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
• Use Problem‑Solving Techniques to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Take the leadership role to solve problems related to machines.
• Predictive Maintenance techniques for critical equipment (oil analysis, vibration, thermographic analysis).
• Develop RCM (reliability Centered Maintenance) methodology.
• Manage Technical training programs to adjust the knowledge of the team.
• Participate and conduct various governances to elevate issues to the proper level.
• Coordination of contractors and professionals.
• Supervise and coordinate the installation of new equipment through the New Equipment Introduction.
• Show leadership and commitment to define, maintain, and improve our Maintenance plan and Plant Operations.
• Develop a sustainability plan.
• Ensure compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System).
• CMMS knowledge to implement improvements.
