Una empresa líder en soluciones de tecnología para el hogar busca un profesional para liderar iniciativas de compensación en la región de las Américas. El candidato ideal debe tener entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en compensación y beneficios, ser bilingüe en inglés y español, así como tener conocimientos en análisis de mercado. Se ofrecerá un entorno dinámico y oportunidades para el desarrollo profesional en México.

Formación

• 3-5 años de experiencia en Compensación y Beneficios en México.
• Conocimiento en encuestas de datos de mercado y contratos de negociación colectiva.
• Proficiente en Microsoft Excel, Word y Power Point.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar recomendaciones salariales para nuevos ingresos, promociones y cambios.
• Liderar la renovación anual de seguros de empleados en México.
• Actuar como punto de contacto principal con los corredores de beneficios.

Americas Total Rewards team

Responsabilidades

This position will support and lead Compensation initiatives for the Americas region, will provide recommendations for hourly and salaried employees on new hires, promotions and changes within the organization and also provide relevant data to drive different initiatives from the planning stage to implementation. Acts as main point of contact and subject matter expert for benefits in Mexico.

• Provide salary recommendations for new hires, promotions and changes occurring in the Americas region
• Lead the annual renewal of employees’ insurances in Mexico
• Act as main point of contact and liaison with Benefits brokers, including processing of invoices for payment
• Support the Annual Comp Planning / Merit and STI process
• Support the TR Leadership team with any initiative or project occurring in Total Rewards

Requisitios

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, etc.
• 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in Mexico and ideally knowledge in markets like US and Canada
• Knowledge in different market data surveys, market evaluation, collective bargaining contracts. Able to provide analysis and high level summaries.
• Proficient with numbers and Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) required
• Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with HR systems (SAP SF and Ventures Soft)
