A global food company seeks an Associate Marketing Manager in Mexico to lead strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on the relaunch of products and integration of E-Commerce. This role involves orchestrating high-impact activities such as events, customer training, and digital content seamlessly integrated within the global brand standards, requiring strong bilingual communication skills and experience in multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 6-8 years of marketing experience, particularly in the food sector.

To lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives for Barry Callebaut Mexico, with a focus on the relaunch of Sicao, acceleration of E-Commerce integration, and recovery of volume across Gourmet and Regional accounts.
This role will orchestrate high-impact activities including Innovation Days, customer trainings, events, loyalty programs, sampling, and digital content—ensuring consistency with global brand standards and regional business objectives.
The Associate Marketing Manager will also serve as the key link between local efforts and Callebaut's global digital ecosystem, activating campaigns, assets, and platforms that elevate customer experience and drive commercial results.
In addition, this position will support operational efficiency through supplier coordination, budget tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Chefs, Finance, and Supply Chain.
