Sr Analyst Materials Planning - based in Reynosa, México - will play a key role in supporting the LMR and Video business with direct alignment to Global Governance priorities.
This includes the tactical-to-strategic linkage of Safety Stock execution, component allocation, global metrics-driven, and long-range capacity visibility.

This is a hybrid position, the candidate is expected to be on-site at the client´s location 2-3 times per week. Candidate must reside in Reynosa.

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Math, Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required.
We require 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain, demand planning, or a similar function.
We are seeking a candidate with a deep understanding and hands-on expertise in core supply chain processes, including: Forecasting and demand planning, Inventory management and Safety Stock concepts, Operational efficiency and allocation strategies, Managing lower-tier supply chain activities
Proven strong analytical skills used to interpret complex data and drive insights with tools like Excel and Tableau. Experience with MCM and SAP systems is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global team.
Experience in working with global or regional teams is preferred.
Excellent English language communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) are essential.
Based in Mexico and willing to travel as needed to support suppliers and cross-regional collaboration.
