A leading Support-as-a-Service company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to foster customer relationships and provide expert advice on outdoor gear and motorcycle equipment. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (C1), experience in customer service, and a positive attitude. Formación

  • At least C1 communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience in customer service, especially through omnichannel support.
  • Ability to use personal laptop with minimum specifications.

What you will do :
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Provide expert advice on outdoor gear and motorcycle equipment
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What you need to succeed in this role :
  • Excellent Spanish and English communication skills ( at least C1, both written and spoken )
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience providing support via omnichannel is a must :
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
Would be a great plus :
  • Experience with CRM systems
