Job Description :

The position would focus on complex E‑commerce B2B problems and deal with resolving everyday tickets on very tight deadlines.

What You'll Do :

• Assist in the analysis and grooming to define technical, business and customer requirements including affected programs, expected behavior, related document changes, and test scenarios
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers.
• Work with the Q / A team to ensure the quality of fixes / enhancements delivered to our customers
• Engage with the Support and Customer project teams to deal with customer escalations and performance problems
• Actively participate within a team of technical analysts
• Provide updates at Daily Standup Meetings

Might need customer interaction periodically.

Qualifications :

• 3+ years experience of Java software development, preferably developing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in Java tool stack - Java 8 and above, Spring MVC, Hibernate / iBatis, RDBMS, JSP, and Web design technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Experience working with Docker, jenkins, and creating a CI / CD pipeline is a plus
• Development experience with relational databases (Oracle or MS SQL Server)
• Experience with Tomcat, Maven, Git, Subversion, Eclipse and similar tools
• Experience working with Linux environments would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with browsers (IE, FIREFOX, CHROME) and browser developer tools for debugging purposes
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong technical and problem solving skills.

Able to read existing code, enhance and refactor.

• Experience with a Microservice Architecture would be beneficial
