Overview

This business line is a leader in providing online marketing solutions for small, practice-based businesses. Our online marketing services include professionally designed websites, social media management, reputation building, video marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and a custom advanced SEO solution, strategically focusing on niche markets such as the chiropractic, eye care, and veterinary industries.

This position will be responsible for setting up and managing our clients’ Social media profiles, local search listings, and other ancillary products such as online booking tools and review management tools. These profiles help clients create a strong local presence on Google. This role includes a variety of duties centered on telephone and email support to set up and execute the client’s Social Media programs. You will be responsible for all tasks related to maintaining the social media presence of our clients. We are looking for someone who is smart, innovative, web savvy, hard working and has strong experience in Social Media.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage clients’ Social media profiles, local search listings, and ancillary products such as online booking tools and review management tools.
• Maintain the social media presence of our clients with tasks primarily conducted via telephone and email support to set up and execute client’s Social Media programs.

Qualifications

• Strong computer background is required.
• Strong understanding of the Social Media landscape, technologies, and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Facebook business pages, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google, and Social Media Management.
