Social Media ManagerWe are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager with hands‑on experience in the iGaming industry.
This role is responsible for planning, producing, and executing content strategies across digital social media platforms and emerging social platforms.
The ideal candidate excels in fast‑paced environments, can deliver high‑volume content on short notice, and understands how to localize messaging for the Mexican audience.
This role requires close coordination with in‑house influencers, creators, designers, and the performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for all social platforms.
- Plan content themes aligned with campaigns, promotions, sports events, product launches, and market trends.
- Optimize content style for each platform (short‑form, reels, stories, live, long‑form).
- Work closely with in‑house influencers, streamers, editors, and designers to produce videos, reels, posts, banners, and short‑form content.
- Prepare creative briefs for designers to ensure fast turnaround.
- Generate ideas for creative, engaging, platform‑optimized content.
- Publish and manage daily posts, stories, live streams, and short videos.
- Support paid acquisition campaigns with social‑first creatives.
- Coordinate influencer content schedules and ensure consistent output.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience behavior across all channels.
- Improve engagement using polls, quizzes, challenges, and interactive formats.
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, video retention, CTR, and conversions.
- Analyze results and adjust strategy based on insights.
- Work with analytics teams to evaluate traffic quality and support revenue‑driving initiatives.
- Ensure all posts comply with iGaming advertising rules and responsible gaming requirements.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across platforms.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of social media experience in iGaming or sports betting.
- Strong understanding of Mexican social media trends and platform behavior.
- Ability to create high‑volume content under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing influencers, creators, and design workflows.
- Knowledge of short‑form video production.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Preferred skills: experience managing large community pages or high‑follower brand channels, ability to ideate and script creative video concepts, familiarity with editing tools, understanding of sports culture and iGaming community behavior, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, rapid‑iteration environment.
