You'll develop role-based curricula, oversee training plans, and coordinate with local teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, coupled with strong bilingual communication skills. Formación

A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of the GECO expansion project, you will be responsible for all aspects of the training of the future workforce (white‑collar and blue‑collar workforce). This expansion project is the new greenfield factory for power transformers in the Mexican Siemens Energy locations. You are responsible for developing role‑based curricula, supervising their implementation, and setting up a new training center. In the beginning, the role owner is required to work in Guanajuato and join us on our incredible growth story!

How You’ll Make An Impact
  • Develop the curriculum and training plans for the various job profiles for the GECO factory in close alignment with other stakeholders.
  • Lead project to implement a new training center for blue‑collar personnel
  • Coordinate the training activities of white/blue collar employees with local management and stakeholders
  • Build & lead a team responsible for organizing and conduction trainings
  • Organize the internal and external trainers/mentors to conduct the training, if required, deliver basic training as back‑up
  • Implement global training initiatives (like tools, content) at a local level
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant data, and program outcomes (assure that the status of learning is reflected in respective tools)
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience as training coordinator or project manager in a related field
  • Knowledge of power transformers desirable
  • Leadership experience desirable
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, means the ability to plan, schedule, and manage training efficiently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders globally
  • Formal certifications in training and education are a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
