A leading automotive solutions provider is seeking a professional to develop and implement injection manufacturing activities while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include training team leaders, implementing improvement plans, and managing the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's goal of innovating mobility solutions in Puebla, Mexico.

• Develops and implements injection manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements.
• Trains and develops team leaders to ensure maximum efficiency across shifts.
• Implements continuous improvement plans to maximize efficiency in injection molding.

• Develops and implements injection manufacturing activitiesin line with HSE requirements, customer expectations, and plant objectives, ensuring optimal performance against IPI indicators.

• Trains and develops team leadersto ensure maximum efficiency across shifts.

• Implements continuous improvement plans and activitiesto maximize efficiency and enhance the injection molding process.

• As process owner, is responsible for managing the IMS process (process review, KPI management, regular procedure review and updates, implementation of corrective and preventive actions as needed, and provision of resources for process execution), taking into account relevant requirements and their evolution.

• 12 IPIs with a specific focus on the injection area(CNQ, RFT, molding scrap, standards, and networks).

• Molding OEE.
