You will oversee SEO audits, collaborate with content teams, and analyze performance data. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong command of English. Job Overview :

We’re looking for a talented SEO Lead to join our remote team.

This role is also commonly referred to as an SEO Manager, SEO Strategy Manager, Search Marketing Manager or Senior SEO Manager, depending on your background and industry experience.

This role requires a strong mix of technical SEO knowledge, content strategy leadership, data analysis, and cross‑functional coordination.

What Will You Do?

• Own and lead SEO strategy for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
• Conduct high‑level SEO audits and delegate implementation tasks to SEO Specialists and other team members.
• Oversee and refine keyword strategies, on‑page optimization plans, and backlink profiles.
• Collaborate with the content team to guide SEO‑focused content strategy, ensure copy quality, and identify opportunities to grow rankings and conversions.
• Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools; deliver actionable insights and monthly reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented site‑wide.

Requirements : Requirements :

• At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Deep understanding of SEO (technical, on‑page, and off‑page).
• Google Analytics Certified.
• Proficient in industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
• Very high attention to detail.

Work Timings :

• 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday-Friday).
