General Purpose of the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a UI / UX Designer, you'll analyze user feedback and activity, iterating to enhance the user experience.

Your tasks will include creating usage scenarios, running user tests for websites, and developing product prototypes, screen flows, and more.

Responsibilities

• Manage and create all product elements : PRDs, wireframes, design, user and job stories, research, backlog, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the customer experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that support the overall vision.
• Define quick-win features and long-term complex projects with attention to detail and a strong focus on user experience.
• Communicate user experience through user stories, user journeys, storyboarding, interactive prototypes, low and high fidelity wireframes, mockups, and responsive design methodology.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
• Identify design problems and devise smart solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and enhance the user experience.
• Design and develop the user experience for mobile, desktop, and web platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of real-world product design experience in creating and implementing UX / UI.
• Expertise in standard UX software.
• A portfolio that highlights your ability to take concepts and turn them into highly usable, beautiful designs that achieve the desired user and business goals.
• Attentive to creating responsive designs that are compatible across platforms and screen sizes.
• Ability to collaborate with other teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet stakeholder needs and vision.
• Experience in developing and using design systems, libraries, and patterns, such as digital guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills to account for challenges and optimize data for the best possible outcome.
• Experience creating storyboards and website maps.
• Ability to facilitate user feedback sessions and present UI / UX concepts, recommendations, and deliverables professionally.
• Commitment to continued education and research into UX trends, design strategies, and emerging technologies.
