A global medical technology leader is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Project Specialist in Tijuana, Baja California. You will lead projects to drive economic value and partner with various stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of strategic sourcing experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI is a plus.

• 4 years of strategic sourcing experience in a multi-divisional corporation.
• Experience in indirect sourcing and executing category strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management as a Trusted Advisor.
