Formación

• 7+ years overall experience in designing and implementing ITSM and ITOM processes.
• Strong expertise in REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with tools such as SAP and Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for ServiceNow integrations.
• Lead design and development of ServiceNow integrations using various technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in integration development.
