A leading global technology company is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Digital Workplace Solutions Delivery Team. This role involves facilitating client projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, proven experience in project coordination within IT, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position is based in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing project coordination within the IT industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PMI is preferred.
• Verbal/written English fluency; Spanish or Portuguese is nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate project activities to align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans and status reports.
• Identify potential project risks and elevate issues for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices.
