The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting, significant payroll experience, and solid knowledge of Mexican payroll laws. • 5+ years of comprehensive experience managing complex payrolls.
• Proficiency in ERP or payroll systems.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican regulations: IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, ISN.
• Advanced English for technical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and validate biweekly payroll in Odoo.
• Calculate final settlements and ensure compliance with tax withholdings.
• Handle audits, inspections, and requests from authorities.
• Implement and optimize the Odoo payroll module.
